Participants: Who can participate? – All pregnant women over 18 years of age living in Switzerland.

Price: What can be won? – The prize is a U-shaped maternity pillow valued at approx. 80 CHF.

Duration: – The competition starts with the publication of the competition and ends on 30.11.2021 at midnight.

Announcement of the winner: – The winner will be announced on all social media channels.

Prize handover: – The prize will be sent to the winner by post after contacting the winner.

SSCB Swiss Stem Cells Biotech AG (“SSCB”) regularly organizes competitions on social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram etc.) and is therefore responsible for their implementation. The respective platform operator has nothing to do with these competitions and is not available as a contact person.
Unless otherwise noted, the competition begins with the publication of the entry and ends on the last day of the next month at midnight. The prizes to be won and the rules of the respective competition (in particular the necessary participation) are specified in the respective posting.
All persons with residence in Switzerland who have reached the age of 18 are eligible to participate. The SSCB persons directly involved in the handling of the competition as well as competition clubs, automated services and other professional / commercial participants are excluded from participation.
The winners will be contacted via the communication channel of the social media platform or other electronic means of communication and are only entitled to receive the prize if they provide their contact details and accept the conditions of participation. The prerequisite for receiving the prize is (cumulatively) a) that the winner can be contacted electronically immediately (but at the latest within 48 hours) after the drawing (or at a specific or obviously fixed date) and b) the winner again meets the conditions of participation agrees to this deadline. If these conditions are not met, the prize is forfeited and the SSCB is entitled to award the prize to another person.
There is no cash payment, the judges’ decision is final.
The SSCB also reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition if abuse and / or violations of these conditions of participation are suspected / determined or other important reasons exist. The SSCB is entitled to adjust the competition mode at any time and, if there are important reasons, to suspend, cancel or end the competition early.

All participants provide their details and agree to be contacted for the purpose of awarding the prize as well as for information about the services of SSCB. The data will not be shared with third parties.
This consent can be revoked at any time.

The competitions are subject exclusively to Swiss law, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is Lugano.
